One-Rep Max Bench Press Contest

NNSY MWR Fitness is hosting a one-rep max bench press contest at Callaghan Fitness Center on Wednesday, August 10. Complete anytime between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. This event is open to all military and DoD members. A pound-for-pound formula will be used. Awards will be given to first and second place as well as overall male and female.

WOMEN 
135 lbs. and less 
135 lbs. to 156 lbs. 
157 lbs. and more 

MEN 
135 lbs. and less 
136 lbs. to 156 lbs. 
157 lbs. to 177 lbs. 
178 lbs. to 198 lbs. 
199 lbs. to 220 lbs.  
221 lbs. to 240 lbs. 
241 lbs. and more 

MEN'S MASTERS 
Ages 50 to 60 
Ages 61 and older
