Kick-start 2022 with a healthier new you! Join NNSY MWR Fitness & Sports for our New Year New You fitness challenge Monday, January 10 through Friday, March 11. Whether it’s to lose weight, get stronger, eat healthier, or just tone up, meet with a trainer and set an eight-week weight-loss goal for yourself. Once goals are set, a trainer will write an exercise prescription and you will meet twice a week to help keep yourself on track.
The initial weigh-in period begins Monday, January 10 through Friday, January 14 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The final weigh-in period is from Monday, March 14 through Friday, March 18 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The cost to participate is $12 per person. This includes a $2 administration fee and everyone who loses at least 10 pounds will split the remaining fees contributed by the group.
