Health & Fitness Clinics

NNSY MWR Fitness & Sports is hosting health & fitness clinics beginning Monday, January 24 through Thursday, January 27. Daily clinic times are from 6 to 7 a.m., 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., and 4 to 5 p.m.

Clinics: 

  • Monday - Rengeneration: work + rest = success, foam rolling, trigger point release, and stretching
  • Tuesday - Introduction to Olympic weighlifting
  • Wednesday - Nutrition 101, operation supplement safety and tactical, and performance nutrition and hydration
  • Thursday - Improving your PRT score / muscular endurance
