Cardio Bowl

Join Norfolk Naval Shipyard MWR Fitness on Monday, September 13 to January 2022 for our Cardio Bowl competition. Drop into the Callaghan Fitness Center anytime between 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and complete a cardio workout to score points. After each workout, inform a team member of your cardio activity time: 30, 45, or 60 minutes. If you can’t make it to Callaghan Fitness, two workouts are allowed at home or at another facility per week. You must call in on the day of the workout for your points to count. 

Accumulate points by doing your cardio activity:  
30 minutes of cardio – 2 points 
45 minutes of cardio – 3 points 
60 minutes of cardio – 6 points
